Role: Customer Service Officer

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits as well as follow up to ensure resolutions.
Source investors and generate lead opportunities
have detailed knowledge of the company’s services and using that knowledge to engage customers and generate sales and leads.
Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
Keep track and record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and ensure to file documents.
Build sustainable relationships with customers/clients through open and interactive communication.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
consistently carry out customer satisfaction survey and compile feedback to influence development.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information and determine opportunities for new sales
Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
accurately document customer interactions.
must be able to handle pressures.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Required Competencies Knowledge/
Qualifications:
Minimum of BSC/HND in relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2years experience as a Customer Service Executive within the financial sector.
